It is important for us at Alex Andersen to secure the future. Therefore, an additional 30,000 m2 land has been purchased, on the other side of terminal 3, at the head office. At present, no plans have been made for how the land will be used, but is purely to secure the future if we should choose to expand.
This means that we now have a total of 195,000 m2 of land here in Odense, where a 30,000 m2 terminal, 4800 m2 offices, 3000 m2 workshop and car wash have been built, as well as a 800 m2 hotel for our many drivers.
Terminal 3 is primarily responsible for storing goods from some of our many customers. We have started serving general cargo customers, and this is something we expect to see more of in the future.
